3. **Conditions for Exchange:** Please ensure the following conditions are met for an exchange:

- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested replacement item/size.

- If the replacement item/size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

4. **Shipping Costs:** Teeser covers the shipping costs for exchanging incorrect items or sizes sent by us. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges due to reasons other than an error on our part.

5. **Refunds:** We do not offer refunds for exchanged items unless the replacement item/size is unavailable.
